The Auto Invitation function is used to automate/postpone the emission of your invitations. It allows you to launch your survey and postpone the sending time of the e-mail invitations. This means that you activate the AutoInvitation to send out invitations at a later time.
This might be relevant in situations where you want to launch your survey on a Friday, but where you don't want your respondents to receive an invitation until Monday.
Note: If you use this function, you need to launch your survey first, without sending e-mails.
To create automatic invitations, go to the Auto functions menu, under the Launch tab, and select the Auto Invitation button. A new window will open.
In the drop down menu, choose the launch you want to activate the function on. If you have several launches, then you need to activate it on each launch. A new window will open.

Status: To turn on the function, set the status to Enabled.
There are three tabs, Scheduling, Notifications and Log.
Scheduling: Here you can specify when and how often to launch. The frequency can be set to: once, monthly, daily, every weekday or once a week.
Notifications: Enter an e-mail address where notifications will be sent to, such as error occurring. You can type in multiple email addresses - just separate them with semicolons.
Notice: If you tick off Send on failure only you will only receive a notification e-mail if the function fails to send out invitations.
Log: This is your log where you can follow the automatic invitations.
Tip: On the Launch overview you can see which auto functions have been enabled or disabled (The icon is green when the function has been activated and grey when the task has been carried out.)
Notice: The AutoInvitation does not work with full anonymity or link launch.
