The Replace function allows you to replace an existing filter with another filter.
How to replace a filter with another one
1. Go to the Analysis tab and mark the report element(s) where you wish to replace the existing filter with a new filter.
Note: If you don’t mark any report elements, the filter on the entire report will be replaced.
2. Go to the Filters menu and select the Replace button. A new window will open.
3. Here you can select the replacement filter. You have two options.
Saved filters: Select to replace the filter with a stored filter.
Variables: Here you can replace the filter with a variable by choosing a question or user defined variable. Also, choose the response option that should apply for the filter.
4. Click OK to replace the filter on your report.
