The Open function allows you to open a launch after it has been closed.
This could be for various reasons, such as closing the launch prematurely and thereby missing a few respondents.
To open a launch, go to the Link launch menu under the Launch tab and click the Open button. An information box will appear.
In the drop down menu, select the launch you want to open. Click OK to continue.
The launch is now open for responses.
