The Delete function allows you to delete a launch, which entails deleting all data collected through the related launch.
This function can be used for many reasons, for example if you know there is an error in a launched survey, or if you have launched a project for test purposes. After a launch has been deleted the project can be launched again.
To delete a launch, go to the Link launch menu under the Launch tab and click the Delete button. An information box will appear.
In the drop down menu, select the launch you want to delete. You also have the option to delete all launches.
Click OK to continue. The selected launch has been deleted along with the data collected.
Deleting the launch allows you to edit the survey and/or to send it to another contact group.
