Manage Pages

Enalyzer allows you to manage everything about your report, including report pages.

You can edit the number of pages, columns per page, order, name, and much more.

To edit your pages, you have to view you report as a List. To do so, open your report and select List under the Show as menu.

Here you have the following options:

 

 

Add Pages

1. Click on the  icon and select Add Pages. The new page will be added at the bottom.

By default, new pages will be added at the bottom and will be given the name Page X; x being the page number.

Nevertheless, you can always change the order of the pages and name.

Reorder Pages

1. Click on the  icon and select Reorder pages. You will be directed to a new window.

2. Drag and drop your pages to rearrange them as you wish.

3. Click the Done button to save your changes.

Reorder Charts

1. Click on the  icon and select Reorder charts. You will be directed to a new window.

2. Drag and drop your charts to rearrange them as you wish.

3. Click the Done button to save your changes.

Open Pages

1. Click on the page you wish to open and a menu will appear.

 2. Click Open and you will be directed to the selected page.

Delete/Copy Pages

1. Click on the page you wish to delete/copy and a menu will appear.

2. Click Select to activate the delete and copy functions.

3. Click on the  icon to delete the page from the report.

4. Click on the  icon to copy the page to the report.

Edit Page Settings

1. Click on the page you wish to edit and a menu will appear.

 2. Click Settings and the Page Settings menu will open to the left.

Page name: Edit the page name.

Number of columns (max): Choose the maximum amount of colums for your page. You can choose between 1, 2 and 3 columns per page.

3. Close the menu to save your changes.
